Sound card to computer interface for radios. Uses a custom VOX circuit to handle PTT. The PTT turn off speed is controlled by R4 (make R4 smaller to turn off faster). The jacks, as placed on the board, are for a laptop/smartphone TRRS connector from a computer/phone and output TRS connectors for a Kenwood or Baofeng radio.

all caps are 10 uF Resistors are all 10k (make R4 <10k if you want a faster turn-off time) diodes are schottky diodes (whatevre you have) transistor is any NPN (PN2222A or 2N3904 are fine) with EBT pinout Transformers are low-power 600:600 ohm transformers (e.g., EI14 or similar such as https://www.amazon.com/10Pcs-Audio-Transformers-600-Transformer/dp/B075R2PF4R) Jacks are optional, and are PJ-320a if you want the exact ones. But you can just hard wire them too.

Breakout Board for Alps Alpine RKJXT1F42001 Rotary Joystick, with DNL’d PUs/PDs.

I ordered my stock of these units from RS Electronics EU as there were no US distributors with stock at the time. Looks like Mouser has since received stock after I ordered: RKJXT1F42001 @ Mouser

One note on the symbol/footprint available from Mouser, Pin 11 (footprint ref desig D_2, iirc) is for the positioning lug that is molded into the housing on the RJS and has no electrical connection. The datasheet footprint suggests a 1.1mm diameter hole is needed. The footprint I downloaded from Mouser, iirc, provides for a 1.0mm hole. I manually edited the footprint to make it a 1.1mm hole. Will update this if it proves to be not needed, or if other needed changes are discovered after the board gets stuffed.

Breakout board for the TDK InvenSense ICP-10100 barometric pressure sensor. These sensors have a very high resolution, measuring pressure changes of as little as 1 Pascal, which is equivalent to a 8.5cm change in elevation.

This is the board for ZULF’s soldering tutorial. Learn how to solder through-hole and surface mount resistors, and light up some LEDs. If you order this board using OSHpark’s “after dark” service, you’ll get to see the printed circuit traces more clearly as they will not be covered up by an opaque solder mask layer.

Second revision of the RadPC Toupee. Takes in +28VDC and brings it down to +5VDC using a high range switching regulator. Additionally, it includes an RS422 to UART transceiver for comms to our proprietary RadPC Lunar single board computer.
