This has only been tested on 1 board, use at your own risk. If you do not get sync, try adjusting R23. Wire up a pot to make it easier. There are now 3 jumpers. These are for a non-pot install. Change R5/R17/R18 to X values. I haven’t done enough testing (only installed in one machine) if these are static for all models.

RPUlux

Controller board with six AL8805 constant current drivers connected to PWM pins of an ATmega328p. Analog channels ADC0, ADC1, and ADC2 and an N-CH MOSFET that may be used to sink a few amps of current. Two 22mA current source for various task. ADC6 measures input power (7 thru 36V DC) and ADC7 measures input current. SHLD_VIN pin which is used to power a shield can be disabled with IO2 (so it can power off a Pi Zero on the RPUpi shield)

One of the final beta versions of my RC motor controller circuit. This one allows the ECM to be plugged in at the top, and the Arduino (or a jumper as a manual option) to plug in to the bottom. BOM is included on the board.

Main purpose is to break everything out to 0.1" and 2x3 IDCs for analogues for easy connectivity to pots, etc. Use pot breakouts for other end.

DIP adapter for 150 or 208 mil SOIC-8 packages. Bottom side has pads connecting to pins 4 and 8, where common memory and op-amp pinouts want a decoupling cap.

A simple LED power circuit for driving LED’s from AC voltage up to 22 volts. It is intended for use for AC powered model trains.

This circuit can be configured for constant voltage or constant current. It also includes an input RF choke for MTH DCS compatibility.

The “b” variant uses two discrete resistors for R4/R5, rather than a divider. The footprints are directly adjacent, so that the resistors can be thermally bonded.

Fatar Encoder to Roland Keybed Adapter

PCB with BU3616K DAC for encoding 24bit RGB to analogue RGB. Used for modding 3DO for RGB. Can also be used for any device which has 24bit digital RGB. Contains a LM1881 sync stripper for obtaining CSYNC from CVBS or Luma.
