Uses two 1206 capacitors, 22 AWG wire (larger may be usable), and a SO-8 fixed voltage regulator (where Pin 1 is voltage out; pins 2, 3, 6, and 7 are ground; pins 4 and 5 are not connected; and pin 8 is voltage in).
The capacitors are 1206 for easy hand-soldering.
