Plugs into an J-Link to convert the 100mil 20-pin header into a 100mil and 50mil 10-pin headers with standard SWD pinout. A reset switch and some test loops are also provided.

Because of the depth of the header on the J-Link relative to the housing and the limited selection of heights of female SMT headers, I recommend using a piece of ~1/16" or 2mm thick craft foam as a spacer between the bottom of the board and the J-Link. It can be cut to the outline of this board, with a rectangle cutout for the header on the bottom, and glued or double-stick-taped to the bottom of the PCB.

Breakout board for the TDK InvenSense ICP-10100 barometric pressure sensor. These sensors have a very high resolution, measuring pressure changes of as little as 1 Pascal, which is equivalent to a 8.5cm change in elevation.

ATmega328P based controller board with options for DIN mounts and 3.5mm connections. Eight digital I/O (10, 11, 12, 13, 14*, 15*, 16*, 17*) with level shift, the last four (*) are also analog channels (0..3). Four 22mA current source for use with loop sensors are also available with enables (5, 6, 3, 4). One 17mA current source for the pulse sensor with enable (7). ICP1 is pulled down when enough current (>7mA) arrives from the pulse sensor. Alternat power input may be enabled (9), and power to the shield VIN pin may be disabled (2). Power with 7 thru 36V DC.

This pcb was developed from a screen shot of the OSH Park whale shark found at the bottom of their webpages.

Progressing to develop experimental software tool chains and custom conversion scripts for funneling various 2D graphic artwork (like a screenshot, Photoshop or .eps, .dwg, dxf, stl, stp, png or .svg etc. files) formats into KiCAD as the final pcb processor.

Working within KiCAD & OSH Park’s software envelope and pcb fabrication shop cnc boundaries, the end goal is a method which a person may utilize one or many aides to help build final pcb’s unrestricted in board outline, graphics and copper trace forms other than “square” “90” or “45” in KiCAD while remaining Gerber compliant.
