A small board with which you can realize 2 Mesa SmartSerial channels. Suitable for all Mesa FPGA cards where a bitfile can be created with SmartSerial channels. The circuit converts the TX/RX signals of the FPGA into RS422.

MAKE SURE TO ORDER THIS IN FLEX! There are two parts:

• R1 is a bone-standard 1K resistor, 0603

• Q1 is the B19H1PT–H9C000214U1930 phototransistor

The emitter side of Q1 should be aligned with the line on the silkscreen.

2 Layer functional test board using Altium CircuitMaker with a “Power OR” circuit that has charging capabilities through D3 from P1 which will only charge P2 if D3 is populated. All Voltage signals are pulled out through P3 which can be made breadboard friendly by using a right angle pin header. UNTESTED PCB - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Shottky Diodes are D1, D2, D3 to suit the power needs.

This is the 3.3V analog shaft encoder designed by FRC Team 4272. The intent of this encoder is to replace the CANcoder or CTRE mag encoder. The intent of this encoder is to go to the Spark MAX 3.3V analog input, for a clean wiring solution. This version of the encoder has test points to make it possible to program the AS5600 encoder chip. This allows for a 3.3V PWM output.
