Made to fix glitchy graphics on certain famicom disk system adapters. Place over first row of pins on back of pcb and very left rows, both top and bottom pins should line up then solder the vias to the pcb. Resistor arrays are two CAY16-472J4lF 4 resistor 4.7k ohms. Untested so let me know if it works and the fit is right.
