This project is a 3U by 14HP eurorack-format modular synthesizer integrated modulation unit. It features at 12db or 24db per octave low pass or high pass Sallen-Key VCF, a full-feature envelope generator with auto-repeat, and a VCA. All stages in this unit are bypassable with CV inputs, and has a manual trigger or CV trigger on the envelope generator. All signal processing is done with an RP2040 microcontroller.

Replacement Wii U dock board, featuring a USB type C connector.

Features pads to add 5.1k resistors (new in v1.2), to allow the board to work with smart chargers. Also has connection points to allow a switch to be added, add a 0 ohm resistor if not required.

Replacement driver board for inexpensive prayer chanting boxes. More details about this at Github.

Adds a USB power supply to a breadboard.

Mount a USB-C connector (e.g. GCT’s USB4105) and two 5.1k resistors (0603 on R1 & R2) to get up to 0.5A @ 5V from a standard USB-C power supply.

This is made for a solderless breadboard style where the power pins are offset from the signal rows.

I have hand-soldered this with good success; the 0603 footprints are over-sized for this purpose.

DMX Demonstrator Frame Scrambler (DMX-FS1, Rev 1.0)

The Frame Scrambler is an Arduino Shield which provides connects between the transmitter and the receiver and can alter the data bit.

My modification of the 32L SOP EPROM adapter from JRodrigo. I added extra ground pins and shrunk the entire PCB vertically.

DMX Demonstrator Receiver (DMX-RX1, Rev 1.4)

The receiver is an Arduino Shield board designed to accept the 3-wire data/clock signal from the transmitter and decode the data stream to control the brightness of 4 LEDs.

DMX Demonstrator Display-Pro (DMX-DCV, Rev 1.6)

The constant voltage display driver is breakout board which intercepts the 3-wire data/clock signal from the transmitter to amplify the data and clock signals and drive a larger display intended for a large audience.

This is a simple replacement, remove the old TR201, assemble this pcb and parts, put it in place and solder the 3 castelations and 1 through hole plated via.

Q1 - New PNP Transistor - FMMT718TA D1 - New Schottky Diode - DFLS120L-7

This board replaces the small incandescent light bulb in the original Metcal soldering station power supply (RFG-30 or STSS-001). Use either white LEDs or yellow/red LEDs to illuminate the Metcal logo in the front cover. LEDs and current limiting resistors are 1206 size. This board sees about 18V when installed.

Wideband microstrip filter. Operates from 2.1 GHz - 4.8 GHz. Originally it was intended for a project centered at 3.5 GHz.

Atmega328pb with a cc1101 radio, and a boost converter so it can be powered by a AA battery.
