2 CH AMC7135 DRIVER

This board enables me to use two 12V RGB LED light controllers (check out ebay) for manual control of up to 6 dew heater bands. However I can also switch any or all the channels over for automated control using the Arduino and a temperature / humidity sensor.

This board has two switch ICs that switch over the control signal for each of the 6 channels between the manual Pot and the 6 channel digital Pot on this board.

If you add in 2mm JST connectors / cables and connec the connector from the manual Pots on the RGB dimmers, to this board (CH1_POT….) and then similar connects from this boards outputs (CH1_BO) back to the sockets on the RGB dimmer boards - then you have yourself a SPI controlled 6 Channel Dew Controller.

There are no passive components on the board, only power, ground, ICs and connectors. The power being used by the ICs is 5V.

USB 3.0 pins broken out to pinheaders. USB power and ground pins broken out to KF301-5.0 terminal block. TPS2514 USB charging port controller added to D+ and D- lines (10W config). Working.

Battery Charging Board

• Made this to charge multiple LED hula hoops off one USB. Charge rate is slow (100 mA per output) so usb load is also relatively low.
• Uses Freescale MC34671.
• Five (5) outputs.
• USB Micro power in.
• 2.5mm mono RCA socket for each output. I use a double ended 2.5mm cable and a 2.5mm socket on my hoops.
• 3 Status LEDs per output. PWR, FAST, CHRG. They are labeled for 1kOhm but probably use 10k on PWR and FAST to make them dimmer.
• Resistor labeled on board is for 100 ma charge rate.
• This has been assembled and is functional.

An open source PCB for GE’s NSR020A0X43Z NAOS Raptor 20 amp fitted for a Hammond 1590g enclosure. This PCB is based on earlier working versions, but has not been tested. Tweaks have been made to correct the fuse footprints and correct any arcing issues. A different zener diode has been added to ease installation and the voltmeter inputs have been removed.
