Untested but should work THAT4301 SO to DIP adapter. Uses still cheap-ish 30pin SMD THAT4301 and on the bottom surface mount alternating bend pin headers.

Notes : Bent pin SMD headers like this are stupid expensive, buy straight ones and bend them. You want the machine pin strips made to fit sockets.
