Test jig designed to test an assembled Ruthsarian Blade Controller. The board is designed to test the assembled board upside down with the BB image on the controller facing up, away from the test jig.
- 3x 1.3mm diameter, 16mm long pogo pin
- 7x 0.68mm diameter, 16mm long pogo pin
- 1x 10 position, 2.54mm pitch header
- 4x 1 position, 2.54mm pitch male header
Suggestion for assembly is to add 1 male header pin to each corner. Then place a second board over the first, aligning it over the pins. Insert pogo pins through both boards to keep them aligned. Solder pogo pins to top board and then solder corner pins to top board. This process takes up two boards, which is not necessary, but assembly and stability will be greatly improved.
