Program a PLCC ROM with CHR or PRG ROM and solder to the NES board. Works with both PRG and CHR ROMs depending on solder jumpers labelled accordingly.
NOTE: If using 4MBit (512KByte) ROMs such as the 49F040 in the CHR configuration, the highest address pin, A18, will have to be tied low. Or you may fill the buffer with 256KBytes twice-over.
Tested and working on both PRG and CHR ROMs on an MBC3 NES board.
