13 pin Molex breakout board designed specifically for Bally’s / Williams style coin doors with coin button LEDs. Designed for mechanical and virtual pinball machines, or other arcade machines that utilize this coin door that would require a retrofit solution for old or DIY projects. Allows interconnectivity with inputs and lamps from the coin door to a microcontroller (arduino, KL25Z input / output board, Teensy, etc.), without having to solder, cut, or modify the factory Molex connector or it’s wiring.
Board is designed to use 0.1 pitch 2X7 pin header. Power can be supplied via header, or screw terminal. Board isolates lamp power for use with 6.3v incandescent or 5v LED lamps, separate from input/output logic from microcontrollers that may use different logic voltages. The use of a jumper on pins 1 & 3 will tie grounds together if using a 5v power source for both LEDs and Microcontroller logic.
WARNING: board does NOT have reverse polarity protection.
Requires the following: 1 26-60-4130 Molex (13 pin through hole) Terminal Block - 2-pin 3.5mm 0.1 pin headers (2x7)
