This is an STM8S001J3M3 breakout board with RS485 interface and DS1621S temperature sensor, e.g. for STM8 eForth and MODBUS applications.
Connectors are optional: wires can be soldered to the pads of J1, and the PCB can be inserted in a metal tube. Applications without the DS1621S I2C thermometer IC are also possible: 3 to 4 GPIOs and 3.3V supply are available on connector J2. (refer to the GPIO description on GitHub for details).
