PixArt Imaging’s PAA3905 optical flow sensor doubles as a 35 x 35 pixel video camera running at ~18 Hz. I included a LTE-C216 IR (850 nm) led on the board controlled by the PAA3905 led sync pin. Battery charger, SPI NOR flash memory for data storage, BMA400 for wake-on-motion and sleep-on-no-motion functionality and 160 x 128 pixel rgb TFT display. Dual FET controls power to sensor, display and SD card to minimize battery drain when not in use. Dropped SD Card Reader to free up one GPIO for display reset.
