2 layer board of 0.55 x 0.68 inches (14.0 x 17.3 mm)

Total Price: $1.85

A breakout board for a mini linear stepper motor with a 4 pad connector on 0.8mm centers. The board has holes for mounting the frame using solder.

All sizing is guessed, this is my 4th version, V3.1, after size testing the previous 3. The motors are available on Amazon in qty’s of 50 there is no documentation on these, but I’ve been toying with the measurements and custom PCB’s for months… I will update this description with photos of the actual boards populated with the motors.

The plastic nut on the shaft of these motors take very small stiff wire lodged in the opening and it will have about 4mm of motion. The wire should be about 0.2mm to 0.4mm, very thin! Soldering by hand needs to be done very quick or the flex material will melt, even with a 110V - 15W iron. Very little room for error when soldering.

This board is hopefully the final test, but it may need further revision.
