The custom board does the following for the Micro Macintosh pi project when ATTiny is programmed:
• Mutes all of the Bluetooth power on, connect/disconnect sounds by way of GPIO signals from the pin and timers so you only here the MAC sounds during startup, running and shutdown.
• plays disk insert, read and write sounds by way of random PWM to the MacClock included piezo speaker.
• powers off everything (using a MOSFET) on shutdown (holding bottom right button down) so the pi will shut down and then system powers off so you can leave the tiny floppy inserted (and not lose it). Eject and reinsert the floppy to power back up again.
