An adapter board for swapping a CXA1145 encoder with a CXA2075 encoder (intended for a Sega Genesis model 1). Requires a 3.32KOhms 1% resistor, two 75Ohm resistors and two 220uF capacitors, plus the CXA2075. You can get S-Video from the C and Y pads on the board. You may need to add resistors to the S-Video signal to get the proper peak to peak voltage (on my Genesis I used two 220 Ohm resistors, between Y and Gnd, and C and Gnd, though the datasheet recommends 75ohm inline resistors but I found that to be too dark).
