This is a wireless sensor node, designed around a Microchip PIC18F45J10 microcontroller and an MRF89XAM9A (915MHz) wireless module. As of April 2018, the three prototype modules have been operating continuously for four years. One of the modules is connected to a computer via serial interface to act as a base station, receiving data from the other two.
