Untested PCB but got very minor changes from Rev1 which tested fine.
Pins 5, 6, 7 and 8 don't need to be connected.
The two pins on both LM3046 ends are for a 1k 3300ppm PTC (tempco) resistor. It replaces R90/R168 so don't keep it on the VCO board…

Because the 4 center holes are not metallized inside, you VERY likely have to let a space between the 2.54 connectors plastic support and the PCB in order to be able to solder the pins to the backside pads.
