Board for custom charging of Mahr SF unit when on the tool stand. The relay, a TXD2SA-9V-X, will cut the connection to the unit unless power is applied to the input pins.

Inputs are clearance holes for 6mmx1 thread. A spring plunger (84995A41 from McMasterCarr) is used to create contact with the tool stand side and a nut to secure to the board. A plastic housing should be used to avoid shorting.

Outputs are wire pads for 24awg wire.

The assembly should be potted or covered as the live connections will be exposed.
