Proper chip is TPS2514 which is single channel DCP enumerator chip, but digikey doesn’t carry it, the TPS2513 (dual channel) at digikey is cheaper than the TPS2514 at Mouser anyway

This device also acts as a USB Wrapper and prevents Juice-Jacking as the data connection no longer reaches the charging port data pins
