tested to work but there is an improved version here … Intermediate board to allow a drop-in replacement of an improved RGB video encoder chip CXA1165 in typical applications such as megadrive/genesis, Amiga A600/A1200 models. the 16K needs to be a 1% tolerance (or accurately tested) resistor and Y/C connections are broken out for S-Video mods to be attached (extra 75R + 220uF RC components needed in line with each)
