Total Price: $1.00

If you order a set of these, please consider buying me a coffee Fix the audio on Gaboze Pocaio. Gaboze Pocaio uses unfiltered PWM into the amplifier stage and as a result most audio sounds pretty bad. the simplest fix for this is to add the filter circuit before the amplifier stage.

This board is an implementation of othermod’s clean PWM audio filter which adds an LDO, Buffer and Inductor to the mix to clean up the audio. The filter seems to remove a considerable amount of the CPU noise heard in the stream and cleans up the crashy, crackly and generally bad sounding raw PWM quite nicely

BOM: most components are listed as 0402 but I have successfully put one together with 0603 components as the pads are big enough.

U1 - SGM2019-2.5YN5G/TR - 2.5v LDO - SOT-23-5 -SGMICRO C1,C2 - 1u - 0402
C3 - 10nF - 0402
U2 - NC7SZ126M5X - Logic Buffer - SOT-23-5 - FAIRCHILD R1 - 1K - 0402
R2 - 4K7 - 0402 L1 - 33uH - 0603
R3 - 270R - 0402
R4 - 150R - 0402
C4 - 33nF - 0402
C5 - 10uF - 0603
C6* - 220nF - 0805
C6 is actually C2 fom the Gaboze PCB displaced onto this board and then this board wired in it’s place
