Power supply replacement for the Toshiba T1200 laptop computer. This is revision 1.0. It has been tested and working with basic functionality (the computer boots). KiCad files and some more details are on GitHub.

This is a Leveler Controller that will power and automatically and turn on/turn off a LogicBlue LevelMatePro, Rhino Storm LevelerPro, or Kohree RV Leveler. All of these levelers are bluetooth controlled, and they use 3V button cells for power. The Leveler Controller provides 3V power from the RV’s battery system to alleviate having to change out button cells frequently..

The MCS-3C Leveler Controller consists of a power supply, opto-isolated trigger circuit, and ATTiny85 microcontroller to control the behavior of the controller. Upon the receipt of a trigger signal, the controller will turn on the leveler in one of 5 different methods - set by a mode switch on the pcb.

Rev B cosmetic changes. Order 2 oz copper if you need the 1A version, or 1 oz if you need the 500mA version.

Simple JTAG adapter, may work to connect ESP-PROG to a D1 Mini32 board.

Fits even with Ethernet Shield

Normally-open solder jumper for 3v3

The ESP-PROG does not appear to require this to be connected. Check your debugger board to see if they require this (e.g., to detect which level signal to output).

JTAG header may be soldered on either top or bottom

Due to space constraints, the center two pins are shared, so only one JTAG header can be attached per board.

Used pins are marked with silkscreen

• Circle for the four JTAG signal pins: TDI, TDO, TCK, TMS
• Square for ground pins (note: only on bottom of board until v1.5)
• Dashed-circle for optional 3v3 pin

Other Parts (BOM)

A through-hole 1.27mm JTAG connector (keyed IDC box header) is the only non-obvious part. An example description might be CONN HEADER VERT 10POS 1.27MM or similar. Two examples:

You likely also want standard 0.1" pins or sockets, to allow you to stack this board onto an existing ESP32 D1 Mini board. Specifics will vary by use case, so those 0.1" headers / sockets are not listed here.

Adapter PCB for Gottlieb Pinball

Can be used with most USB to Serial TTL adapters. The standard CH340 adapters tend to be a great option (if it has an Rx LED, you may need to physically disable that). This programmer is my favorite as it doesn’t require any modifications. I usually order these as 0.8mm thickness option. I solder straight header pins flat to the board and then cover with clear heat shrink.

• R470 is a 0805-sized 470 Ohm resistor (or any value in that range)
• DIODE is a SOD-323 Schottky diode such as BAT54WS, 1N4148WS, or B5819WS
• Uses 3x P50-B1 pogo pins
• Heatshrink (optional but highly recommended): clear 7mm (9/32") tubing
