Board sends an on/off command based on a switched pin turning on or off. The 3 pin headers are for the power interface - 1 (closest to edge) is the hot, 2 is the switched hot, and 3 is the neutral. This is based on the Microchip AN236 App Note, but using an ATMEGA328P for the main chip due to easier programming enviroment. The DIP switches set the house code and unit address.
