This is a mini-shield using the expansion header of the Arduino Mega 2560. It provides current limiting resistors and a header which can be connected to a ribbon cable from an IDC-type GPIB connector.

The PCB has a cutout left edge to provide space for a standard “Uno” size shield to be mounted to the Mega as well as this mini-shield. For instance the Adafruit SD/RTC shield can be used with this mini-shield
