MIC5014 low-side N-FET Switch. Includes status LED and polyswitch (2A for my application). Sense line for monitoring voltage across polyswitch (Will pull to VIN when polyswitch TRIPS!!! Use 5k resistor in series). Works but MIC5014 text is upside down.
