Description
Simple breakout board for Honeywell’s MPR line of pressure sensors, which use a Wheatstone bridge and an optional 1nF filter capacitor.
This board has 0.5" pin row spacing such that it fits in a standard breadboard.
Designed in EagleCAD.
Pins
Right side:
- RST: reset, active-low
- EOC: end of conversion, data is available, active-high
- GND: ground
- +3.3V: VDD (note: device has no reverse-polarity protection and very little over-voltage protection)
Left side:
- MISO: master-in-slave-out for SPI
- SCL/SCK: clock input for SPI and I2C
- MOSI/SDA: data input for SPI, data I/O for I2C
- CS: chip select for SPI
