This is meant to allow measurement of passive components using a NanoVNA. The central two tracks are for SMD parts. and the two large pads with vias are meant to have alligator clips (such as the Mueller BU-34C) soldered onto them, to allow measurement of leaded components. An edge-soldered male SMA allows connection to the NanoVNA.
