Esp-12 to 8-Relay interface board. This board allows you to control 8 relays using a ESP-12 through Wi-Fi, from anywhere in the world. I use it with Blynk app on Android, but works with Iphone too. Very easy, no coding, just use the basic example and add your wifi info, and token from Blynk. Connect Sparkfun Usb to Serial to J4 for programming. When programming, short J1 before booting to get the ESP-12 into programming mode. The board is powered with 5V on J3, polarity is on the silk screen.
