This circuit generates edges on the order of 2 ns. It’s useful for time domain reflectometry and measurements of capacitance and inductance. The original circuit was designed by W2AEW; this version differs in the inclusion of a potentiometer for setting frequency. Layout and this modification by KJ1F. (me!)
