All discrete parts (other than L1) are size 0603. Caps should be X5R/16V or better.
C1, C3, C4 = 10uF C2, C6 (?) = 1uF C5 = 10uF (if needed)
R1 = 1k (?) R2 = 1M (for TPS61200), 0 (for TPS61202) R3 = 110k (for TPS61200), open (for TPS61202)
L1 = 2.2uH
