Adaptor board for 1602 size LCD
Uses same cable pinout as ADP-2004, paralleled for vertical or horizontal cable entry
No proto area
Can power from driving circuit, or supply power, either way (Arduino compatible)
Fixes:
0) Use AZ1117-SOT223 regulator instead
1) Consider substituting 0603 passives
2) Consider omitting the fixed VO divider resistors
