The Adapter was designed by DNA64 and Published on GitHub under the Unlicense. I had to increase the PCB size along the smaller edge by 6% to meet the minimum size requirements from OSH-Park (the footprints and markings are unchanged). I’ve also added solder mask over the vias. I recommend ordering the PCB with 0.8mm thicknesses.
