PL decoder board based on the MX COM MX165CLH. Pins 1-4 operate as follows: Pin 1 - 8-16V+, 2 - RX Audio, 3 - PL Decode (Active low), 4 - Ground. IC1 is a 5V regulator. A 1MHz crystal oscillator is used, and must be stable to at least 100ppm. Solder bridge pads D0-D5 select the PL to be decoded. See chart in MX165 datasheet. C1-C3 are .1uF to 1uF capacitors. The diode is a standard signal diode. The two thru hole resistors are 560k and 820k. The pads on the right side of the board are for an indicator LED and dropping resistor. Calculate your resistor based on the LED you choose.
