Simple power supply PCB based on Hi-Link HLK-PM01 (or similar) AC/DC module.

Built and tested.

  • PS1 - Hi-Link HLK-PMxx AC/DC module
  • RV1 - 275VAC MOV (metal-oxide varistor), 5mm diameter, ie. EPCOS B72205S0271K101
  • F1 - 200mA/250V slow blow (time delay) TR5 fuse, ie. Schurter 0034.6608
  • J1 - 1x2 terminal block, 5.00mm pitch
  • J2 - JST XH 1x2 connector (2.50mm pitch)
