I have personally tested this with the mv1a and mv1b along with 5v mods but is was a while ago. I don’t remember what points I used for hook ups so consider this as an untested work in progress.

I recommend using an opa1678 for the op amp or a suitable replacement that can run rail to rail off 5v.
