C4, C7 = 1/(2 * pi * frequency * 70.7)
L1, L2, = 70.7/(2 * pi * frequency)
The splitter will have an 3dB in-phase split at the wanted frequency.
C2,C3,C5,C6,C8,C9 is extra pads in order to paralell capacitors to obtain the correct value.
All the capacitors are 1206 size and the inductors are wound on T50 size toroidal inductors or as airwound inductors.
