This is an alternative version of FlexROM_100 that uses a $1 flash part instead of a $9 EEPROM.
Use the matching programming adapter to program.
The PLCC chip is more difficult to solder without messing up the DIP legs.
Same BOM as FlexROM_100, except replace the AT28C256 with SST39SF010A or GLS29EE010 etc.
