USB-C to 3.3V power supply and UART.
The board converts USB-C 5V power to 3.3V (up to 15W). It also hosts a USB-RS232 bridge which connects to USB-C by default but is optionally switched to a micro-USB port.
Power is always drawn from USB-C.
USB-C connector: power + UART. USB-micro-B connector: UART (if voltage is detected on this port it takes over the USB pair from USB-C
Output PINS: 5V (out), 3.3V (out), UART
Jumpers select optional features (accept 7W)
LEDs indicate - USB-C does not supply enough power (red) - USB-C does supply enough power (green)
