I made this to adapt the JTAG cable coming from my Altera USB Blaster clone to the programming header on my QMTECH Xilinx FPGA Artix7 Artix-7 XC7A100T DDR3 Core Board.

I use this through openFPGALoader to program the board.

This is just a straight mapping. It is a convenience item. I do not know electronics well enough to know if this is a good or bad idea. It is just something that has been working for me,
