Instead download zip file then upload to OshStencils.com. This stencil should work for triple noctigon 20mm stars. Untested.
At OshStencils.com, scroll to the bottom 3 files. Select Engrave Top Stencil (other 2 files are automatically selected).
Change stencil border to 0.75
It will look like this when done.
