BSS138 Logic Level Converter

BSS138-based Logic Level Converter. Tested with i2c. Resistors are 10k and can be either SMD 1206 or through-hole. Q1 and Q2 are BSS138. One side is the lower-voltage VCC, the other the higher voltage (H and L), 1 and 2 are the data pins. G is ground and just a pass-through between pins and is not required to be connected. Pin header holes are spaced for placement on a solderless breadboard.
