PCB carries an Arduino-Nano. This controls an evaluation board with an ADF4351, which is a synthesizer for 35 - 4400 MHz. That PCB is connected down this one. Voltage-regulators ADM7350 for +5 and +3.3V provide low-noise power to have almost noise-free RF output. Resistor-networks strip arduino-outputs (5V) to ADF4351 compatible 3.3V inputs. Other devices may be connected via I2C and some unused Ardunio-Pins are connected to jumper for external usage.
