The USB C connector I used is GCT USB4085-GF-A (DigiKey part 2073-USB4085-GF-ACT-ND). The two resistors are 56k 1% 0603.
To thicken the board to fit more tightly in the USB port I applied RapidFix UV to the large copper pad and sanded it to size, but more elegant means can be employed. I originally included the copper pad for shield ground but it was not necessary and I realized it creates a short hazard if the adapter is inserted upside-down.
