Game Boy flashcart that fits in all official and aftermarket cartridge shells for GB/GBA (except GB bootlegs with the screw hole over the center of the shell and side bumping posts to lock PCB located higher than GBA equivalents).

It can be flashed with 32k games using any modern flasher (GBxCart, Joey, Sanni…).

Only needs two 0603 sized 0.1uF capacitors and one resistor between 10k and 47k. Flash memory can be any with the PLCC-32 socket, but only the first 32k can be used.

For top left optional LED, a 0.1 uF 0603 sized capacitor, 0603 LED and 0603 resistor (3.3K, for example) are needed.

For games like SMB-DX, these are the values for capacitors and resistors in 0603 size:

C1, C2, C3, C4: 15nF C6: 33pF R1: 103 (10KΩ)

Based on JRodrigo open-source model, this is a more compact design made by Electroniq that fits in all Game Boy SOP32 ROM cartridges.

Compatible Flash Memory Chips:

AM29F032@-#E (4 MB) or AM29F016@-#E (2 MB). Please note that for TSOP-48 version you will need to remove the 8 NC pins on each corner to get access to the pads.
