This drives two parallel outputs from a single clock input, an Inverted and a non-inverted. One clock could be from a through hole crystal oscillator and NOT bridging the solder jumper at the top. You could also dispense with the crystal oscillator and supply your own clock input through the CLK_A input and bridge the solder jumper. Clk_B is always supplied from an external input. Lastly the Pins are placed in breadboard style so you can put on a breadboard if you want.
U1 is a 74LVC2G240 and U2 is a 74LVC2G125.
