“Murder One” styled voltage multiplier for low-stakes tube amp usage–seven stages reaches around 89v, depending on diode losses.
Includes pads for onboard TO-220 voltage regulator; I used a 7812 and a LT1054 charge pump. A 7660 or 1044 charge pump will work (pins 1 and 8 are connected).
Excepting the 6.5mm filter cap, all caps are 5mm diameter and a tight fit. Diodes are optimally DO-35. Note that pads and holes are quite small. Schematic follows frequencycentral’s design: ladder caps are 10µf/100v; diodes are 1N4148/1N914.

Mictester’s relay switching scheme for momentary NO switch, using Neutrik-style 6-pin jacks (like Tayda). Uses 40106 CMOS with transistors to trigger typical latching relay (AL5WK, etc). Resistors and sub-µF caps are 0805 surface mount.
No ground separation or opto muting; may allow audible pop with some circuits.
Note that the input jack is on the left when the component side is up. For RTL signal flow, you could mount the populated board with the components down and probably have room for pots above, in a 125b–but I haven’t tried it.
