Important Note
If you ordered version N64A_20171017 - like I did -, you can unfortunately throw them away :(. There was a design error in the board such that there is a short in an internal plane between VCCDPLL (1.2V) and VCCA (2.5V), which is not easy to fix (fix would need some trace cuts and rewiring)

MAV-NUS / AVDC-NUS BreakOut Adapter (4x)

A small adapter for the N64 RGB mod. With this set you get 12 PCBs per Order. Note that castellated edges are not fully supported. It might be happen that not every PCB is 100% good or some PCBs need rework.
- use the service with 0.8mm substrate thickness.
- preparation: make sure that there are no shorts between adjacent pads on the MAV-NUS-side of the PCB due to the manufacturing process.
- installation: hold the PCB to the MAV-NUS / AVDC-NUS (pin 1 to pin 13), solder and fix the PCB in place if needed.


If you intend to buy the RGB modding board from viletim and you have a MAV-NUS or AVDC-NUS inside your N64, I suggest you to buy the flex cable there, too, as the istallation should be easier with the flex cable, though.
