This board provides a breakout and SMT pads for the 128x32 LCD displays from Newhaven.
The pads on pins 1 thru 5 need capacitors rated between 0.1uF and 1uF. The pads connected to pins 6 thru 10 need capacitors rated between 1uF and 2.2uF. All of these are sized for the 0402 footprint.

The LED current limiter pad is for a 100ohm 1/10th Watt resistor using the 0603 footprint.
The backlight pads are intended to double as solder anchor points, so they are larger than they need to be.
